UK delivery services

• UK Standard Delivery (2–4 business days) to UK addresses; free on all orders.
• Tracked services with an email tracking link on dispatch.
• International shipping is currently not offered.

Dispatch times

• Orders placed by 12:00 (noon) UK time aim to dispatch same or next business day.
• Large/bulky items or peak periods may need extra handling; we’ll notify you.

Access & delivery restrictions

• Please ensure suitable access for bulky cartons/pallets; staircases or narrow entries may require special arrangements.
• A person aged 18+ must accept delivery for gas‑compatible appliances.

Missed deliveries & address issues

• For missed deliveries or address corrections after dispatch, re‑delivery fees may apply. We’ll help rearrange promptly.

Change-of-mind returns

• Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.

• Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Free returns (UK mainland)

Email contact@smokeybbq.co.uk with your order number to start a return. Eligible items get a pre-paid return label.

Exclusions

• Used, assembled, heat-exposed, or fuel-contaminated goods (including fired grills) are non-returnable unless faulty.

• Hygiene-sealed items if seal opened.

• Customised/made-to-order items except for faults.

Faulty or incorrect items

Report within 48 hours (with photos). We’ll repair, replace, or refund, and cover collection cost if confirmed faulty.

Refunds

Processed to original payment method within 3–10 business days after inspection.
