Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exclusions
Used, assembled, heat-exposed, or fuel-contaminated goods (including fired grills) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.

Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty
Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning.

Easy to setup and install on your wireless network, the FireBoard®
pushes realtime temperature updates via the cloud to apps for iPhone,
Android, and the Web. The FireBoard® supports up to 6 external
temperature probes which provide accurate and reliable temperature
monitoring in many different environments and applications. Fan sold
separately.

Food Probes, Grill Clip, Quick Start Guide, 3 pin UK Power mains lead
The FireBoard 2 boasts a large, multi-view graphing LCD screen capable
of showing data from up to six probes at once. The side buttons let you
toggle displays to see graphs of single or multiple channels. The
auxiliary port allows Drive function with the Drive Fan Cable, and the
USB Type-C power connector supports higher power voltage for fan
operation. With a built-in, weather-resistant case and approximately 30
hours of battery life, the FireBoard 2 will keep your temperature
monitoring going strong.
The FireBoard 2 Drive includes all the features of the FireBoard 2 with
the addition of an integrated Drive technology to maintain precise
temperature control via a 12v fan. The fan plugs directly into the 2.5mm
power jack built into the FireBoard. Fan sold separately.
FireBoard 2 is easy to set-up and use through the FireBoard App.
Temperature data is stored on the device as well as your FireBoard cloud
account. Data is synchronized, so you can view historical and current
sessions. Connecting via Bluetooth and WiFi, you can receive alerts from
just about anywhere.
You can use Fireboard 2 Drive to power any fan, either the Fireboard
Drive Fan, or the more universal-fitting ones from BBQ Guru, such as Pit
Viper or Pit Bull, with the appropriate adadptor for your grill.
