Change-of-mind returns
Return unused, unassembled items within 60 days of delivery for refund or exchange.
Must be resalable, with all accessories and original packaging.

Exclusions
Used, assembled, heat-exposed, or fuel-contaminated goods (including fired grills) are non-returnable unless faulty.

Unless stated otherwise, gas cylinders and regulators are sold separately. Always use compatible UK-spec regulators and hoses.

Use the type recommended by the manufacturer (charcoal, briquettes, wood pellets, or propane). Using the wrong fuel type can void your warranty
Allow it to cool fully, then remove debris with a wire brush. Avoid harsh chemicals — use mild detergent and water. Always disconnect gas before cleaning.

The Indianapolis is a 185kg massive, heavyweight American-style smoker
for home use, made from 4.5mm thick steel, which gives a much more
consistent cooking temperature than thinner gauge steel smokers, so if
you are looking to take your smoking to the next level, check out the
