Change-of-mind returns

We’ve got a Grand Champ on display in our Offset Smoker Showroom,

our wide selection of smokers.
With 1200 square inches of cooking space, expanded metal cooking grates,
an included charcoal basket, and felt gaskets seals on all lids and
doors, this is a seriously hard-working smoker. Made out of extreme duty
steel, it’ll last you season after season. The ash pan in the main
chamber makes this the most unique offset that we have seen – you can
easily use the main chamber for conventional direct bbq grilling AND get
the ash out easily. All other offsets don’t have an ashpan, so the ash
falls onto the bottom of the barrel, and you need to scoop it out
manually – and this is the key – if you leave it in there the ash will
rust through the bottom of your barrel. So, having the ash pan is a
really valuable feature.
